That's why we put together a unique Quality Assurance Program that encompasses three tiers. First, a project manager checks the job the initial chance for you to give us feedback. That's followed up by a completion certificate and a call from your sales representative. Finally, we ask you to fill out and send back a comment card you receive with your invoice. At all times, your project manager keeps a watchful eye over the progress of your job. At any point in the process, we have a full-time customer service department to answer questions, solve problems and get it done right.
